Edd Hampson is Partner in the Firm’s London office, where he is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Banking and Credit practices. Edd focuses on advising private equity and corporate clients on real estate investments and has represented clients on a variety of credit transactions, including in cross-border matters across a broad range of industries.

- Apollo Infrastructure in its structured investment in Yondr Group
- Blackstone in financing the acquisition of the iQ student housing company for £4.7 billion
- Blackstone in financing the C$6.2 billion acquisition of Dream Global
- Blackstone Property Partners Europe and Telereal Trillium in their financing of the £1.5 billion acquisition of part of Network Rail’s commercial estate portfolio
- Blackstone in financing the €2 billion acquisition of Hispania SOCIMI, a Spanish public company holding a mix of hotel, residential and office assets
- Boreal and Cadillac Fairview joint venture on its financing of UK, Dutch and Spanish logistics assets
- MARK Capital Management on its urban logistics platform (Crossbay II) pan-European acquisition facility
- KSL Capital Partners on financing its acquisition of a UK portfolio of hotels
- Sage Homes on its various multiple development and long term financings
- Mileway on a number of UK and pan-European financings
- Sponda Oy and its subsidiaries on their various term and capex facilities
Edd completed his Legal Practice Course in 2010 at College of Law, Birmingham, and received his LL.B. in 2008 and LL.M. in 2009 from Cardiff University. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
