Stephen Short has more than 30 years of experience in finance transactions. He regularly advises on domestic and cross-border senior debt, mezzanine/subordinated debt and other debt-related instruments in the acquisition finance and leveraged finance fields involving both private and public transactions. He also regularly advises on fund level financings (including capital call facilities, NAV facilities and co-investment facilities) and is Co-Head of the Firm’s London Fund Finance Practice.
