Shamus Crosby is a Partner in our Houston office, where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. Shamus regularly represents private equity firms and corporations in a variety of public and private acquisition and divestiture transactions, as well as joint ventures and structured financing transactions. His experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors includes renewable power generation and storage, upstream and midstream oil and gas, LNG, energy transition, telecommunications, digital infrastructure and transportation.

Shamus advises many of the world’s largest private equity firms on transactions in the energy and infrastructure space. Shamus is particularly focused on the digital infrastructure and energy sectors, with significant experience advising on transactions involving data centers, broadband fiber infrastructure, public utilities, renewable and other sustainable energy assets, midstream and LNG.
