Morgan Securities LLC in connection with a debut 144A/Regulation S offering of US$243.5 million aggregate principal amount of 9.75% Senior Notes due 2024 by AAG FH LP and AAG FH Finco Inc. (together, “Alpha Auto Group”). The offering closed on July 17, 2019.
Based in Toronto, Canada, Alpha Auto Group is a growing automotive dealer group with 22 dealerships representing 15 automotive brands throughout Ontario, Alberta and Oregon, United States.
