Alexandra has significant experience representing investment banks and other lenders in connection with leveraged and investment grade senior credit facilities, subordinated bridge loans and asset-based credit facilities.  She has also represented financial institutions in connection with the restructuring of existing credit facilities and other related financings, including DIP and exit financings. Her clients have included JPMorgan, Bank of America, Citibank, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies and Morgan Stanley.

Alexandra has served as Co-Chair of Simpson Thacher’s Finance Committee and on the Firm’s Personnel and Recruiting Committees. She has served as a Contributing Editor of “Getting the Deal Through” and co-authored the United States chapter of “Getting the Deal Through: Acquisition Finance,” published by Law Business Research.

Alexandra received her J.D. in 2002 from Columbia Law School and her B.A. in 1997 from the University of Pennsylvania.  She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar of the City of New York.
