Jon Youngwood, Global Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department, was a co-editor of the treatise. The treatise covers the latest developments and cases in private securities class actions and key issues in shareholder litigation. Securities Litigation: A Practitioner’s Guide is an invaluable resource for securities practitioners, as well as executives and managers in securities firms, compliance officers, general practitioners engaged in securities litigation, investors, and federal and state regulators.
