Partners Nick Goldin and Karen Hsu Kelley authored an article titled “Cyber Preparedness in the Boardroom,” which was published by New York Law Journal. The article discusses boards of directors’ duty of oversight of a company’s preparedness, mitigation, response and resiliency programs in the wake of continually growing cyber risk. Additionally, it proposes 10 questions that directors might ask to help meet governing standards while minimizing potential liability for perceived shortcomings in corporate cybersecurity programs.
