The Firm represented Banco de Crédito e Inversiones (Bci) in connection with a US$500 million global offering of 8.750% Perpetual Fixed Rate Notes (the “Notes”) under Bci’s US$6 billion Medium-Term Notes Program. The Notes were issued in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933.
Bci is the largest commercial bank in Chile in terms of total net loans, deposits and assets.
