The Firm represented the underwriters in connection with a registered offering by OneMain Finance Corporation (“OMFC”) of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 7.875% Senior Notes due 2030. OMFC intends to use the proceeds of the notes offering to redeem the remainder of its outstanding 6.125% Senior Notes due 2024 and for general corporate purposes, which may include additional debt repurchases and repayments.
