Mosaic Completes $400 Million Senior Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher recently represented The Mosaic Company in connection with its registered public offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.375% Senior Notes due 2028.
Mosaic intends to use the proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding commercial paper drawn and to replenish available cash utilized in connection with the recent repayment of its 4.250% Senior Notes due 2023 at maturity.
