Simpson Thacher represented Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as lead arranger, and J.P. Morgan SE, as facility agent, in connection with the repricing of the $1.7 billion Term Loan B under Formula One Group’s senior secured credit facilities.
Formula 1 is a group of companies responsible for the promotion of the Formula One World Championship, the highest class of single-seat auto racing that is sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA).
