Simpson Thacher represented certain subsidiaries of American Tower Corporation (“AMT”), in the offering of $1.3 billion aggregate principal amount of Secured Tower Revenue Securities, Series 2023-1, (the “Securities”) by American Tower Trust I. The Securities have an anticipated maturity of 5 years. The proceeds from the offering were used to prepay existing outstanding indebtedness, pay related costs and expenses and for general corporate purposes. The offering closed on March 13, 2023.
