The Firm represented IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones S.A. (“IRSA”) and its subsidiary IRSA Propiedades Comerciales S.A. (“IRSA CP”) in connection with the merger of IRSA CP with and into IRSA, with IRSA as the surviving entity. The merger was approved by the shareholders of IRSA and IRSA CP on December 22, 2021 and became effective on May 9, 2022.
