Simpson Thacher is representing First Student, a portfolio company of EQT, in connection with its definitive agreement to acquire Total Transportation Corp. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed by the end of summer.
