Three Simpson Thacher matters were named 2021 “Deals of the Year” by India Business Law Journal. The Firm was recognized for advising Blackstone in its acquisition of a controlling stake in Mphasis, which IBLJ observed was “Blackstone’s largest acquisition in Asia in 2021.” The Firm was also recognized for advising Blackstone in its acquisition of Piramal Glass; and for representing KKR in its acquisition of Vini Cosmetics. All three deals were honored in the “M&A/JV/PE” category.
