Simpson Thacher recently represented Showa Denko K.K. (“Showa Denko”) in connection with their primary offering of common stock. The offering of 30,600,000 shares of Showa Denko’s common stock raised ¥82.383 billion in gross proceeds.
Showa Denko is a leading chemical manufacturer in Japan with a particular strength in semiconductor-related materials.
