Simpson Thacher is representing Blackstone in its investment in Chainalysis. The investment is part of a $100 million Series E financing round that brings Chainalysis’ valuation to $4.2 billion.
Chainalysis is a blockchain data platform that provides data, software, services, and research to government agencies, exchanges, financial institutions, and insurance and cybersecurity companies in over 60 countries.
