Simpson Thacher represented True Wind Capital in connection with its equity investment, alongside FTV Capital, in Sysnet Global Solutions, a leading provider of cyber security and compliance solutions operating in over 60 countries worldwide. The transaction was completed in January 2020. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The investment will be used to support Sysnet’s rapid growth in North America and Europe, as well as its expansion into new markets, including Latin America and Asia. The investment will also accelerate the development of its security product offerings.
