Nick Shaw, a partner in our London Office, was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the European High Yield Association (EHYA). The EHYA is a European nonprofit trade association that represents participants in their high yield market. The Board of Directors includes representatives from investment banks, asset managers, law firms, accounting firms and rating agencies who examine and address the major issues facing the ever-evolving European Market place. Nick will be replacing Walter Looney, head of the Firm’s London Practice, as a member of the EHYA Board of Directors. Walt was a member of the Board at EHYA from January, 2006 - January, 2007.
